Phantom Check Engine Light (CEL)

1995 Ford F150 351W 4x4
Check engine light comes on after driving 1/4 to 2 miles. Truck can idle for an hour in the driveway and no issues. By the time I hit 2 miles, the CEL will come on, and KOEO.KOER checks pull only one fault, right side thermactor, that bs Ford emissions crap, got me an eliminator and cleared that out.
No vacuum leaks, good power, timing set at 10 degrees, everything I can think of.
Why does the truck have to move? If it were speed sensor, wouldnt the ABS light come on, because that is tied into the speed sensors?

Are you still getting codes since you installed this eliminator? What were the code numbers you got before?
