2010 F150 XLT, love the truck except the rear alarm. I pull a boat and leave the hitch on all the time. This activates the alarm everytime I put the truck in reverse. I know I can turn it off but it resets each time. I would like to just turn the alarm off. Is there any way to do this? Thanks
I've run into the same thing when hooking up the boat. I really hate having to go into the setup menu to turn it off, and then it resets the next time you start the truck.
My 2000 Navigator had a button on the console to override the beeper. Sure do miss it!
Thanks for posting the info about the fuse, but when I'm not pulling the boat, I do like having that beeper when backing into the garage, even with the rear camera.
