do yourself and your back a favor remove the whole front end.....it was easier to pull the entire front end that it was for my hood. I used some nylon straps around the nose and a engine hoist and removed it myself.... I needed help with the hood...

Bob, just pull the hood it's easy I just did it, but it is a two man job. What I did was remove the front clip first which makes it a lot easier to get to the safety wire, cotter pins and bolts of the hood. After that it a snap.

i'm taking all the hydraulic clutch stuff from the s10 donor for my t5 for my 53's flatty and thinking real hard on it as it would be a much easier arrangement to use ................. butt ...............................
