Another hard start question....
'07, Just had the egr and oil cooler, FICM and GPCM repalced at 92k. Now, at 97k, It takes a long time, or a second try to start. Even on warm mornings, 60+ degrees, it is hard to start. There is no smoke. I've noticed the voltage dip to as low as 11 volts when starting, but quickly comes up to 13.8 after starting. Even during hot temps, 90 degrees or better, it is sluggish to start. Any suggestions?

Maybe the glow plugs themselves are burned out too couldn't hurt to check them... I'll look on my alldata to see if a TSP bulletin comes up with a reason why your having this problem and I'll get back to you
