What is this?
Not so much as a "What is this?" question, I have a pretty good Idea of what it is, but deciphering it is a compleetly different problem.
Can anybody point me in the right direction?

I found it stuffed under the seat among a pile of other crap. it was all folded up, taped togather, and stuffed under there.
Is there any way of decoding this? What all the letters and numbers under the options mean??
I have allredy decoded my VIN numbers, Basically just told me what I allredy knew!

What I am really curious about is, what did the Explorer package consisted of, What did the Ranger XLT package consist of?
