Overheating problem
Mt brother just got a 91 F150 with a 300 and it has 268,000 miles on it. We put a new thermostat in it and hoses and we cant seemed to fix the problem. After the first time after the thermo was replaced it didnt overheat now its overheating again. do you think theres a block of water somewhere along the line or is it the water pump or radiator? Any suggestions?

Put a pressure tester on it & check for leaks & see if it holds pressure , with the radiator cap off when the motor is up to temp the thermostate should open & you should see circulation ...if not it could be thermostate , waterpump , cloged radiator ...Lew
