Air Bag Problem

OK I figured out the dinging was from a burnt out airbag bulb. Fixed that now I am getting a 35 airbag code (pass airbag low resistance/short) and a 71 (pass. airbag disable module fault).

Does anyone know the best way to diagnose the problem, without going to the dealership and paying an arm and a leg for them to drive it into the building? Or what the problem could possibly be?

reset the computers and see if it goes away.

if not check for corrosion in contacts at connectors.

I have cleared all codes, I checked the connector behind the glove box, not sure where any other connectors are
