The wg actuator isn't holding the flapper closed tight enough and it's not taking much boost to Creat backpressure enough to slip by the flapper. Shorten the stock wg actuator rod 1 turn and you'll get close to 20 psi. My truck ran a hair over 20 with the stock tune that way.

Can I adjust the rod with out taking the actuator off?
