Brake Problems

hey guys, so im not all that great with breaks, but I put a new master cylinder in my 78 250 and had the brake lines all disconnected and everything for a while. Just got it all back together yesterday, and i bled them, and now the pedal builds up good pressure when the trucks off, but as soon as its running it just goes right to the floor with barely any pressure at all. Any ideas? I thought I bled them enough but maybe not?

Did you bench-bleed the master cylinder? This is separate from bleeding at the wheels.

Absolutely - bench bleeding is a must when installing a new master cylinder. Otherwise you'll never get the air out of the master cylinder itself. Did the master cylinder not come with the sheet of paper and two plugs?
