new trans new column?
neighbor said it would be easier to put a automatic column in my truck since i replaced the manual trans with and automatic, this sound right to you/.? what u suggest?

Wouldn't it just be easier to put a floor shifter in it? That's the way I would go.

There's a lokar one that bolts right to trans that's nice but 170$

I would also suggest the lokar ones. They have a nice long one that looks like the manual shifter you would get in these trucks but is for the autos. Seems like a nice fit to me.

Now some of these floor shifters say won't work with 4x4 why is that?like the cheaper ones that are like 50$

I agree it looks like that should work with no problem. Not sure how long the handle is though, the longer the better for use in a truck.
