It's not a "lift" per se since they came from the factory that way, some claim the highboy only sits about 2" higher than its 78/79 counterpart, others say it sits closer to 4" higher (myself included) but for the sake of argument i'll split the difference and say it sits about 3" higher.

alrighty thanks everyone! yea im goin to look at a 75 highboy today and it sits on 35s right now but they look to be worn out so they prolly make it closer to 34" instead. anyways if it's worth the money ill introduce myself to the 73-79 ford truck family for the first time, as they are by far the best truck ford has made!
