3 spd or 4 spd?

Hey everyone!

I've got a 1985 Ford F150 with a 4.9 Straight Six in it. It's got a C4 (Yes, a C4) transmission in her.

I've been calling around for parts, and they keep asking me "3 speed or 4 speed"

How do I know!?

c4 is a 3 speed. AOD is a 4 speed.

Don't believe there is such thing as a 4 speed C4 ...

They are not getting something right, Obviously not very smart parts people or to young to know what a C4 is.
