Mirror glass replacement, adhesive?
I'm replacing the mirror glass in the tow mirrors on my 06 F350. I have the glass and ready to install it, does anyone recommend an adhesive that works well? A part number would be great too, from napa, 3M, loctite, etc...... Also my truck is an XL with manual mirrors, should it have the wiring harness in the doors for power mirrors with heat?

Being its a 06 i doubt it has the harness. As for the mirror tape just use some good 3m. I know somebody who stuck there mirror on with double stick 3m tape.. it stayed up for 2 years before it fell off. And it gets alot more heat and pull on it.

When you look at the back side of the mirror, does it look reflective? If so, you can use some 3m tape to help it stick while some silicone on the back to hold it in. Clean the plastic before you put the mirror on, and you should be good till it breaks again.
