Parking Brake Bracket

The bracket that is attached to the frame where the two ends of the rear parking brake cables are held in place has rotted through. The bracket is mounted on the side of the frame rail just behind the cab. I'm not sure that this is common, but was wondering if anyone knows if there are new replacements available or if I should just call some junkyards or just try to make a new bracket. What do you guys think? Thanks!

Try making one if you have the capabilities. Or try a junkyard. Or you can get most anything from Parts Guy Ed. He is a sponsor here on FTE and sells OEM parts.

Mine rusted alot and ended up snapping plus there was really no adjustment on mine (yours might be different). What I did is take 2 pieces of stainless sheeting and bolted them together, it works great except my rear cables are froze up. I'll try and take a picture later to show you.
