Cool 1970 ford ranger xlt

Hey guys, thanks for all those replys. I had to find out what the type of woodgrain came on ranger xlt's from another web site. Come to find out, is Burl Walnut that is special to the xlt's. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the info, I too have a 70 Ranger xlt. You have brought something to the forum that no one else knew. The sarcasm on the other hand is not needed.

Would you pass the info regarding the tail gate wood grain on to me as well - I need to replace it on my '70 XLT.

Thanks,

Ok, I give up. Does anyone know of a source for a factory correct vinyl replacement for the tailgates on an XLT?

That would be great if you still have enough to do a tailgate. Just as soon buy from you and not have a whole bunch left over.

Let me know and thanks!!

Not a problem Sandman. I will call It.kux graphic and/or DC and see if I can get some. As I said, it's for a "backup" tailgate anyway so it's not imperative that I have it right away.
I really do appreciate you taking the time to look though - and thanks for the leads.

HA - I haven't been called "son" in a long, long time. I'm 59 - but thanks just the same "pops"!
