Thats just the problem, they don't care what it is, you have to prove what it is. Thats costly from many angles!
The fines vary, However the fines are the easy part, it's the Tax evasion thats the tough part... They (IRS) are like piranhas, once they get a taste they just keep biting till theres nothing left!
Don't put anything with red dye in your tank and you'll have no worries.

I'd skip the veg oil far from home unless you have heated lines, it can settle out while you're sitting at night and gell if temps are low, as well as end up burning straight and cause some engine damage
