I'm still in shock over this whole accident experience... Enterprise was flawless, and dealing with the other person's insurance company (Progressive) has been very easy and the shop will have the car done by Monday. If it was State Farm, I'd still be waiting for a claims rep to get off their butt and do an estimate.

Your not building my confidence in my State Farm agent Rob.........LOL! I'm glad this has been easy, let's hope the body shop does a good job also.
