Alarm System Problem 95'
I have a 95 Exp. Limited with Keyfobs I have not seen anywhere else. They have only 2 buttons that say "ARM" and "DISARM" with the Ford symbol under them. I think the dealer installed it's own alarm system. There are 2 different security stickers on my windows. The keyfobs have to be used to disarm it. If you use the keycodes under the door handles, it will set off the alarm, if you try to unlock it with the key, it will set off the alarm. If you just lock the doors, you can unlock with anything, but you cannot start it until you hit the disarm on one of the keyfobs. My problem is that the keyfobs are starting to not want to work for me. I need to figure out if I can just buy factory keyfobs and program them, since I figure it must have both the factory and the dealer alarms. If not, I need to figure out where the alarm control box is located. Is it the box in the back with the door code on it? Thank you in advance for all help.....
