Zf5 install?

Zf5 install?
Trying to get the zf 5 installed after removing the t19 and upgrading to the 12 clutch. I don't seem to have enough room to get the zf high enough to get it towards the motor. It's hitting a lip on the floor of the truck. I have already removed the floor pan. Is there a trick to get this tranny in?
