FPR shim is putting a bb from a redryder bb gun into your fuel pressure regulator. It increases fuel pressure. Should only be done if you have low fuel pressure. Desired fuel pressure at idle is from 60-80psi. Over 80psi and you will kill your mechanical fuel pump.
