Bad Horn
My 1990 F150 is giveing me problems.I ran a continuity test at the horn and the wiring is good. I have a test light at the horn terminals incase my new horn is also bad. My fuse is good and I have a good ground at the horn. I replaced the relay and it clicks when I press the horn. I ran jumper wires from wires in the relay and I get NO LIGHT. I am just about ready to give up on this and buy a Dodge. Can anyone help me through inspection with this truck?

If the horn is grounded to the frame, and there is no power to the wire to it, and the relay is clicking, then either the relay is bad (has corroded contacts), or the main power to the relay is missing.
Check for power at the SUPPLY side of the relay.
Check for power at the SUPPLY side of the relay.

Do you have power from the yellow/light blue wire to ground all the time? This is your hot wire. When pressing the horn button do you have power on the yellow/light green wire to ground? This is the wire going to your horn. You should be able to jump the two wires together and make the horn blow if the above checks out.
