I'm obviously new here.
I'm thinking about trading my Ram 3500 for a 04 F250 (Harley Version)6.0
What are some of the common issues the 6.0 has or trans.... It has around 72k miles and they want $25k+

i recommend heading to the 6.0L PSD engine forum on this web site. You'll find a lot of information concerning the '04 Power Stroke engine and can ask specific engine related questions.
6.0L Power Stroke Diesel - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums
The transmission used with the '04 Power Stroke is the Torqshift 5R110W. This is an excellent truck transmission, able to handle quite a bit of abuse.
As for the truck, look for common large pickup problems. Brakes, front suspension components, tires and the like wear out faster when compared to a normal passenger car, but since you now drive a Ram 3500 you probably already know that.
