When I built my 6.9 several years ago I used Fel Pro and have not had any issues.
Here lately it seems some people have been having problems with them though.
Victor something seems to have the best reputation here lately.
The 7.3 head bolts are sufficient ..... the 6.9 did have a stretching problem that is why ARP and others made them to correct the issue. There are guys making the 7.3 studs for about $600+ a set. If you are interested still PM me and I will try to locate the one I knew off.
