F450 injector problems

My dad uses his F450 to pull a three car trailer, so he works it hard. He has had the truck into the dealer four times for fuel injectors. Is this normal?

Now they won't warrantee it because he tried to start it when it died on the side of the road and it hurt a piston and started a fire.

Does anyone have a idea to help him get this fixed?

i would suggest he get in contact with ford corp. What year/motor are we talking about?

If he hurt a piston and started a fire, injectors are the least of his concern. What motor are we talking about here? What other details can you give us?
