That's really not specific enough to give a clear answer, and even then it could go either way.
If both are 2wd- Maybe. If the 74 has power steering, and the 67 is manual, then you'll have to replace or modify the column to make it work with the newer box. You will also need the power steering pump and lines from the 74. If both are manual, it should be fine.
If one is 2wd and one is 4x4- No.
If both are 4x4- Maybe. Manual boxes will swap without any extra work, but I'm really not sure what's needed to swap a power box onto a manual 4x4.

What (gear)box are you refering to? Manual or P/S?

Are they both 2wd, 4x4, or one of each?

Two totally different types of P/S systems.

1966/68 F100/250 2WD's & 1969 F100/250 2WD's before serial number D96,001 use BENDIX P/S.

1969 F100/250 2WD's & F350's from serial number D96,001, all 1970 and later F100/250 2WD's & F350's use FORD P/S.

The steering columns, P/S hoses, P/S pumps & brackets are also different.
