352 engine smoking

I just redid a compression test on my 352, left bank was 105-120psi each, then after squirting oil in each cylinder, compression came up only 5-8psi and 10psi on one cylinder. If the rings were bad I would think compression would have come up much more after squirting oil in. This is leading me to believe I may need the heads redone, perhaps thats where the compression loss is. engine also has a bit of a miss also which may also confirm the valves not sealing. Any other advice?? An I on the right track? I am trying to think this through before removing the engine and commiting to a total rebuild.

r the plugs showing oil usage. i had hardened valve seats and new exhaust valves installed and the effect was amazing! i couldnt believe that when i had it overhauled they didnt install them! valve guide seals could be leaking oil intot he cyls!
