I need your help! We have a 2002 Expedition with a factory installed VHS player. Do any of you have the VHS system in your Expedition? We bought this SUV from a FORD authorized used car dealership and they have no idea how to get audio. We find it incredible that we bought a Certified FORD vehicle from such inept sales people!! They don't have a clue what they are selling!! The day we bought the vehicle it was 20 degrees and they couldn't explain to us how the second and third seat heating systems were controlled. Not to mention that the owners manual somehow disappeared the day we bought it. They gave us a 2003 manual and told us it was identical to the 2002(NO WAY!!!!!!!) To get back on the subject, we can't get any sound out of the vhs system. The video displays great on the LCD. We were told that the audio can be heard through the radio, but we can't make it happen. Can you explain how to play the vhs audio through the radio? Is there a station that needs to be set on the radio? Right now we don't have the headphones or the remote. The dealer has ordered us a set of wireless headphones and the remote control. Unfortunately the on-line user manual does not even mention the vhs system. Thanks in advance for your help.
