I am surprised the wires/connectors were there. You will also need the pressure switch located near the master cylinder. This is the piece that was part of the cruise control recall. It's a pressure switch and adapter that taps into the brake line. This is what tells the PCM to disengage. I do not have any photos for it. My '92 F350 and previous two '93 Lightnings has a slightly different setup than your '95.

This might help:

This shows the pressure switch connector after the Ford recall was done.

According to my LMC catalog, there are different part numbers for the master cylinder, depending on with cruise control or without.

Well for starters, you will likely need to change your master cylinder...

This link: How the Circuit Works is a description from an EVTM manual for a 1986 Ford truck. The cruise control system is basically the same for your '91 Bronco (and my '92 F-350). It uses a vacuum servo instead of the electronic style the later models used. From what I can tell the brake light switch also disengages the cruise. Quite a bit different from the later model cruise control that use a separate switch mounted on the brake lines.
