Headers and Exhaust

I need to replace the Exhaust on my truck i need to know what is the best bang for buck catalitc Converter and Long tube headers for a 1994 Ford F150. My truck has the mass air flow obd1 computer. I am going to have some extra money and i am thinking about changing the engine to a 351w and having a new exhaust installed after the engine swap.

How much power are you looking to make? A set of GT-40 heads, a mild cam, and nice exhaust would make for a stout motor. More displacement from a 351 is nice, but I would rather spend the money on a hot 302 than a stock 351... Just throwing that out there. Feel free to disregard my ramblings haha.
