Well it's done!
Just got back in from finishing my EGR cooler delete and oil cooler rebuild. The job took me 16.5 hours and was not really that bad just time consuming. The Y pipe and up pipe were the worst, getting past that and it was fairly smooth sailing. Took it for a short drive and all seemed well no check engine light and running fine.
I'm gonna take it in and have a coolant flush done as I have run out of time but not before I put the coolant filter on it. Hopefully it comes tomarrow. I also plan on getting an SCT here in the next few days with custom tunes to turn off the EGR. Whats everyones thoughts on who to go too? I am looking for an economy tune, if there is such a thing, and a tow tune as I pull a 13,000 lb 5th wheel. I'm not into big power.
