JUST STOLD ONE!!!!!!

just picked up a 1999 f250 ext. cab 4x4 163K 6speed 8ft bed new oilpan tealgreen for 2K r u kidden me it was on craigslist for about 5 min then i made a call and i was on Rt. to pick it up- 2hr ride just north of boston i had peal my brother out of bed for the ride up

no thats me flipping it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
there is a little rust on bottom part of the back door but nothing onb the bed.
that is it-coolant color was perfect, no blowby, turbo looked great, clear title!

here the dmv prints a new one out in your name as soon as you go to register it. takes all of about 30 mins to transfer. (plus 5 hrs waiting in line)

Up here in Ontario I have discovered they are insane. There is no separate title apart from the registration. In essence, 90% of the population drives around with the title in the vehicle.

thats nice, i usually wait 3-4 weeks to get it in the mail.

is there any pics of this truck ya picked up?

yeah, in PA were i grew up you had to send the title to the state capitol and it was like a month to get it back. plus they check to see how much you payed for it. if its under NADA the seller has to list the reason(s) he/she sold it for that price and then the state has to agree with the reason or they ssend the title back to the seller. its a load of crap if you ask me


in New Mexico you can sell a car for .50 cent if you want, they dont care. they check to see if the title is signed at the dmv and shred the old one and print one out in your name on the spot. slick as hell.
