Ive been pondering making a frame from scratch myself too. Only thing I always worry about is getting that proper strength out of the welds, since I would be driving it on the roads.

driving it on roads is not what to be worried about, its when your not on roads or what you got behind you. PS, if this is for your bronco or 1990's project I am so disowning you.........

Very true Ryan, and no, it is in the planning for the model A roadster, OR the 39-40 half ton, not sure which one yet though.

Good good, had me worried. If your staying with the original powertrain for your pickup I don't see a advantage to a built fram but if swapping go hard
