Here's a couple photos of my grille replacement. I had a bird strike a couple years ago and just now got around to replacing the cracked grille. $50 for a used Superduty grille I found on craigslist and $125 to have it painted. I debated on painting the honeycomb Arizona Beige but the all white is growing on me. Besides, I can always do it later if I change my mind.
I never really liked the Eddie Bauer grille. IMO it looks better on the darker colors, but it looks like a gaping hole in the front when combined with the white body color.
