01 Fuel Filter
Hey all getting the big truck ready for a week in Hatteras and it is time for a new fuel filter. Do I need the new fuel line tools to remove the filter on a 01?
Any tips or tricks?

I'm assuming it's a gas, then yes you need the fuel line tools. It's a pretty straight forward install, nothing special!

It's not a bad install but the springs in the fuel lines can be tricky. Get the 'scissor' type of tool - seems to be the cheapest but actually works better than my Snap On set!

Thanks to all tdappleman we are staying in Waves for the spring so if we get up to KDH I may have to stop in. If I hit the lottery I will just move down and be a neighbor. Our family think that entire area is one of the nicest on earth.
