[updated:LAST EDITED ON 26-Mar-02 AT 10:38 AM (EST)]I was wondering if anyone can verify a noise for me in their trany. I have a 99 expy 4x4 with a 5.4. When driving in reverse, it makes a gear"ish" whine noise that does not sound normal. I had a 97 rodeo 5spd 4x4, (junk)that made a simular noise, but, I never paid any attention to the sound untill i had the fluid changed. It shifts normal in drive, but reverse sounds, odd. Sorry for being petty, but warranty is up in 3K miles, and knock on wood, no oil leak!
