I was wondering what kind of power a 390 made stock
Im not sure what year its from, but close to 66 (not stock in truck)
Its got a 2 barrel on it right now.
What horsepower/torgue did it make?

390 power
the power didnt vary much beetween years as much as between comppression ratios. the highest power 390 was the 61-62 with 3 carbs and 11.1:1 compression ratio, it made 401 hp and 430 torque. 390s from 66 that came with 4v carbs had 10.5 compression ratio and made 315 hp and 427 torque.
