Thumbs up Priceless

Julie--once again, you've taken something that seemed abstract and intimidating, reduced it down to it's most basic parts and presented it in a way that left me saying, "That's it? That's it??!! I can do that!" I'll be gathering materials and a few more tools and soon it will be time to fire up the coffee pot and the soldering iron.

I'm working on the light portion still I'm taking a headlight out of one of my grilles and a taillight to get some good pics. I think this section merits a little more because of all the light problems we read about.....SO.....Some days ya gets extra and some days I goof off. It's coming!

Thanks for the bump 49!

Just thought I would post and bump this to the top. Excellent thread, looking forward to the next installment.

Thanks, Julie, for taking the time to assemble all this information and put it on one thread. I know you have put a lot of time and effort into this and I am sure it will help a lot of folks who, like myself are not electricians. Keep up the good work.

You're welcome guys! And I'll not loose it. It's already saved for future reference in my favorites.

Danged, it's taking me longer to put this into words and type it that it takes to actually wire the truck!!

Here's the next set - lights....It's a biggie!

Ok Folks, that completes the Article on Wiring.

That is pretty long even for me.

The last three posts are new tonight.

If you would like a copy of the Write up and the Power Point Files of drawings and pictures. I wil be sending them out as a bunch of attachements.

With the exception of the folks who have already send me PMs, PLEASE write to me directly at: babbiebuddie@***.net and I will send them to you as a reply - it's 1000 times easier than doing the PM thing.

Thanks!

Your Welcome James!

Tumblindyce is doing his rewire and prompted this write up. I figured if I finally wrote it all down folks would have something to refere to. But I still keep getting the same questions - covered here or not.

Tumblindyce is currently using this to do his rewire so if he (or anyone else) has any inputs, corrections, or questions, let me know so I can incorporate them and finess this a little.
