Where to support the frame when jacking-up?

Where to support the frame when jacking-up?
If I am jacking up the front end, or either end for that matter, where is the best place to support the Ex by the frame? I have 4-ton stands.

Pick any flat spot near the end of the frame rails which will allow you to enough room to have the jack stand in place and allows the truck to be balanced. You also will need room for the jack to be moved around as you take it from side to side or front to rear. On a lift I use the frame just behind the front leaf spring shackle and just in front of the rear leaf spring.
