2000 f250 71k future problems?
I have been on the market for a newer truck and am looking to divorce with the 88. Just taking too much money to keep her happy, even with almost everything new, she is still whining for more.
My ultimate truck would be a 94.5-97 f250/f350 7.3 powerstroke. I have become somewhat familiar to them from reseaching, but found a local 2000 powerstroke with 71k.
What are some issues with these trucks and drivetrain. I think I read something about the brakes, and this truck has a sticky caliper which is no big deal.
anything else I should know?

Abs, cps, Icp, Evbp, Hpop leaks, turbo pedestal leaks, (some) trans sensors,
Uppipe leaks, intank loss of suction problems, esof, glow plugs, gps, restricted air flow, electrical corrosion, Idm, ...........Oh yea, and the price of diesel.
Good thing is HERE are all the "FIXES"

sounds like you really found a nice one.
Our trucks are real easy to work on and these guys on FTE know everything there is to know about them.
