f150 codes

ok i have two truck here and a few questions about the codes

92 f150 5.0 e4od 4x4

111: system pass?
173: HEGO shows system always rich
327: EVP or DPFE circuit below minimum voltage
332: insufficient EGR flow detected

can anyone tell me what the sysyem pass means?
and i was thinking all of these codes are because of a bad egr valve any opnions on this?

ok now 2nd truck

95 f150 5.0 aode with maf

90: ? no idea
122: tp sensor sensor circuit below minimum voltage
998: hard fault present ?

i replaced the throttle position sensor today and the light cam back on but the sensor waas of a older 5.0 looked a lil dif but same fit?

any suggestions on these would be much welcome thanks for looking

System pass means every thing that was checked during the EOEO self-test was with in the the normal voltage range. The KOEO is an electrical test only of the sensors, relays and solenoids.

The rest of the codes were from the CM while the the engine was running on the road.

It does not look like you ran the KOER self-test.

Could be but you do not have a DPFE or a way to detect EGR flow. You have the wrong code definitions. Here are the right ones.

Continuous Memory Code 327 indicates that the EGR valve was closed further than normal or EVP sensor or circuit has failed with an intermittent low voltage sometime during vehicle operation.

Continuous Memory Code 332 indicates that the EGR valve did not open with the engine stabilized and with EVR solenoid duty cycle present sometime during vehicle operation.

The 1995 only has three digit codes so all of the codes you read may be wrong.

If the 122 & 998 are good codes and I do not know if they are KOEO or CM codes and they can mean different thing.
But it looks like you have a TPS problem and a 998 is an information code telling you that you have a bad device someplace and the computer does not know what is going on so it going to run in limp mode until you fix the very bad item (TPS??) and then disconnect the battery for 15 minutes.

May have a bad EGR solenoid (EVR) or bad vacuum lines to and in the EGR system on the 92. Also check for bad wiring at the EVP sensor.

You do not have to have a reader to read the codes but it helps sometimes.
To read them got to this URL:
Ford Fuel Injection How To Run a Self-Test

Try unhooking the battery on the 95 for about a 30 min so the computer can relearn the TPS. You may have to clear the codes after unhooking the battery to do this ground the STI wire and when the MIL light on the dash starts to flash remove the ground from the STI wire and the codes should be gone.
