The IPR numbers look in spec. The problem is I don't know if it's showing the actual duty cycle or if it's just showing what duty cycle the PCM is calling for. If blocking off each head individually gives you the same 200 psi, then you've either got an IPR or an HPOP issue. (or you're almost out of oil)
Is there anything visual wrong with your HPOP or do you have any oil leaks? Is the tin nut snug on the back of the IPR?
crank seal leaks a little, nothing leaking in the hpop system that i can see.
ya the nut is tight and its a new ipr, did the same thing with the old one. I am probally thinking its going to be the pump by just the way the truck gradually starting loosing power until it just quit running. it went a few miles and just got slower and slower.
i was going to check the bolt/nut on the end of the hpop shaft. i guess it could have gotten loose and the pulley is slipping the shaft. just a thought, the truck has had a reman hpop on before you can see the sticker but it was done before dad got the truck.

Well it's pretty unusual for the HPOP to just die without something obvious falling off or leaking, but I guess anything is possible. Unless you screwed up the o-ring installation on both sides, then good oil in the reservoir, new IPR and still having a low ICP would make me look at the HPOP too.
Joey at Terminator Engineering has a nice modified 17 deg HPOP or Bob at Dieselsite has the Adrenaline. The prices are pretty reasonable and it's an upgrade over stock.
Keep us updated on what you find. If one of those guys rebuilds your HPOP, I'd be curios to find out how the pump wore out with no obvious signs of an issue.
That's an even better deal. Someone local willing to work with you is worth it's weight in gold. If the new one fixes your problem and they don't want the old one back as a core, I hope you tear into it to try and figure out what went bad.
