HELP! I installed a 2" spacer on top of my 6" Pro Comp Springs and now I can't get the track bar to line up with the bracket so I can tighten it down and finish the job. Any ideas? Am I going to need to purchase a new adjustable track bar?
Thanks
He just goes through all the threads and repeats the best looking answer he sees, don't mind him.
But yes, turning the wheel like that will pull the axle over driver side. I'm thinking it won't be a huge difference and most likely a non issue.. but all of that depends on the angle of the bar as to how far over it will pull the axle.
My front end geometry is spot on, if I take my trac bar loose it wont "line right back up" the truck is going to lean one way or the other just a hair. A 2'' spacer wouldnt make a HUGE difference. Take a stock coil sprung SD truck and take the trac bar loose IT WONT line right back up. It will take some "finess" and IMO best way to do this is just have someone turn the wheel slightly while you slide the bolt in when it lines up. Now all this is just assuming its just a little off, now if we are talking 3'' yes you will need to rethink your setp.
