i have a 1970 f100 that im in the process of graphing a six inch skyjacker suspension system off of a 78 f150. also i also have extended radius arms. were would i find the correct drop track bar bracket for my year truck. the one that came off the 78 bolts in place of the original track bar, and so when i turn the steering wheel the truck shifts with the axle causes it can pivot.
i believe im using the correct term but what i am thinking of is the rod that is used to keep the axle centered under the truck, on a coil sprung truck that is. on the passenger side of the axle there is a rod bolted on, and that rod extends from the passenger side axle to a mountin location right in front of the driver side upper coil bucket.
I made one for my 67 4x4. Do the same or build a longer trac bar. You probably won't find a stock one, but I think I remember someone made an aftermarket one. JBG maybe.
hey sprocket i was looking at your truck, and it says you have a 4 inch lift on it, but compared to mine with a 4 inch it def looks alot taller, is there something else there that i dont know about or maybe im imagining things but anyways thanks all for helpin out.

edit: JBG has an adjustable track bar that will work with up to a 6.5inch lift, has anybody used that and what do you think about it.
