I wtite at this forum because the many members that read this forum need to know what I saw advertised on this site. The morning that I posted about rock the vote, the ads. were to the left and right of the picture of the 2011 truck. In one picture, someone was holding a sign that read Hispanics have the right to vote to change the country. You administrators don't want political talk, but most threads about emissions, and fuel mileage, and cost of trucks is because of politics. I'll be back after work. CB

I think Krewat already answered your question on why the thread was closed - His post was - "NOT the appropriate place to question the advertising "
Instead of asking "why", I think you should be asking him - "Where is the correct place to bring this up, or to address or talk about this issue?"
Of course politics affect our vehicles and our hobby. Our vehicles are very regulated by the gov't from emissions to fuel costs. But pure political discussions have no place in an automotive forum. This is not a debatable item, it is the regulations of this forum.
If there is an issue of the appropriateness of the advertising, there are forums in the main section dealing with the site itself.
Incidentally, i wouldn't be surprised if this thread gets canned (or maybe moved) since it has nothing to do technically with a Superduty truck.
