I might start with MAR-K, at:
MAR-K Classic Truck Parts made in Oklahoma City, USA

And a lot of the resto parts places (LMC, etc) have some. Not real good reviews on the velcro soft covers.
I like the ******* hard cover shown here in black. The second pic is homemade I think:
