302 squealing when hand cranked

302 squealing when hand cranked
OK so I go to start the truck up the other day well she startes up for a split sec and then stops I try her again and she does the same thing. we tryed every thing to figure out why she is doing new starter, starter relay, checked fuses. well i started ripping the motor apart to day well when i got the manifold off and every there else (expect heads) I went and Hand cranked her with a socket ranch at the crank pulley well any way when i started doing that the motor started squealing really bad. I havent taken the heads off yet i just want to here from someone and and get an idea how to fix this problem before i jump into it.
