hi, i have a 89 f-350 7.3 IDI. My question is if I only have one injector bad do I need to replace all of them. I have had them checked and the shop said that they were ok. they held 200 psi and didn't leak. my #2 cylinder injector was leaking bad at the nozzle. any advice or opinion would be apreciated.
thanks, becuase I really don't have the money to replace all 8 injectors but I need the truck Im going on a 800 mile round trip to pick up some equipment.
Yea I don't know what that 200 is about even 1200 would be on the weak side, but you can change one with out any problems.
I think typefours price is around 290 for new not rebuilt and comes with the install kit.
IIRC that even includes shipping. Plus these have been pop tested and matched.

I've been on a tight budget needing to haul a load too. Just got a set of BB remans from Pensacola D for $108 and all seems to be good. Runs great and no leaks.
What do you experts think of that route? If they fail will leaks be the first sign?
I'm leaving for my 800 mile round trip in the morning.
