alota thing effect mileage...i was doing great before bellowed up-pipes, van turbo and Airdog, then went down around the 11-12 mark...changed oil back to dino Rotella and back up to 16ish~

Could be a sensor, dirty oil, brakes dragging...

What size tires are you running? On my stock 265s, I eeked out a little over 22 mpg on the highway. I average around 15 right now, but I don't drive it nice.

I'm running 33's but when i first got my truck in 06 I was getting 18 mpg even when i got my chip i still average the same miles. Then in 08 i started seeing a decline in mileage,i thought changing my injectors might help a little even if they are bigger.Today i did the math and it's 12 mpg.

Have you changed the CPS at all? Cleaned the EBPS and tube?

with a decline over time in mileage it might be that sensor, front of engine, right above water pump. its mounted on a light gauge steel peice and is flimsy. So when you take the sensor out make sure u got another wrench on the bottom of that steel piece where the tube connects to. Check the opening of the sensor, if its glogged or almost then chances are the tube is also. Easiest way to clean is it to take the tube off and throw some brake cleen at it. EDIT: might get a new sensor too

MPG

Does a bad or clogged sensor throw a code or set CEL?

Fuel pressure? Do you know what you are running while under load?

I only checked it @ idle 55 psi.I just figured that it had enough fuel cause it still has alot of power but I'll check it with a loner hose.

Is that 55 PSI pre filter or post filter. There can be a large PSI drop through the filter.

Bay the way, I will be installing my new injectors tomorrow.

It's taken at the regulator so I'm thinking pre filter.

What size injectors are you installing?

If it is at the regulator it would be post filter. Let us know what you find when check it under load.
