You want the HD2 or the Tugger (~$70 or ~$100 kits). You DON'T want the SK (something like the $40 kit). Here's a linky:

The HD2 kit is fine. And as long as you're reasonably mechanically inclined, you'll do okay. Just do one piston bore at a time and take your time. The instructions aren't real clear at first, but once you get into it, you'll see what they're getting at. Oh, and I wouldn't mess with the solenoid pack -- nobody that has needed to mod it...

Go to Transgo's website and watch the video for the install before you even look at the instructions. The video doesn't show everything, but after seeing how simple things are in the video, the instructions start to make more sense.
Like Joe said, just do one at a time unlike the video, and from the 2 I've done personally, removing the soleniod pack proved to be a very difficult, very time consuming, waste of time. Upon inspection, no modifications to the soleniod pack were required. This was on the wife's 01 and a friends 02.
