HERE we go
well after running SCT with Spartan tunes for a while now, i just had the truck serviced and ask my mechanic to reflash it to the newest strategy.
Minwhile my SCT went Blue screen, and i have to say GREAT service by SCT guys, got it fixed in no time and free of charge......
Back to the tunes. so after the reflash my strategy went VXCF9 , and i no longer could use my Spartan tunes that only went op to VXCF7.
So after driving a TURD
for two weeks i folded and as of today my Innovative tunes are on order.
so as soon as i get them ill let you guys know how they hold up against Spartan
i ordered Extreme Race , Extreme Street, and Street
im happy like fat kid in a candy store LMAO

I'm surprised you waited for two weeks to order the new tunes Pete...I'd have figured you to have been on the phone immediately after the re-flash - maybe even during the re-flash

on my shoulder kept saying you gots to get the files LMFAO
and William , your absolutely correct, like with spartan tunes all i had loaded was the highest file LOL, you kinda get used to it ... im sure i will like it.

well loaded x-street file and whoaaaaaaaaaaaaa baby.... hold your horses. this is so cool. the throttle is kinda nice not touchy in the begining , but after it gets depressed a little whatchout LOL, you better have the beast pointing in the right direction . i broke tires loose on my dually on asfalt. without WOT. i cant wait to blow by some idiots with big race cans and GO fast wings.
next VGTSS and 195 or 205 CC injectors.

i dont remember las time i was there . work kept me so busy all i have left is to enjoy the truck, and share with you guys . and starting next wednesday ill be working nights 12a to 8a . so i might have more time to spend here.

Haha I was just messing with you. Haven't seen you post in forever. Congrats on the new schedule I guess. Night shifts are tough at first, but they have there advantages. It's always nice to be able to work on your truck and have some beers while every one else is out working.

VXCF7 tune should work on a truck with VXCF9. As of 2 weeks ago Innovative had NO tunes avail for the VXCF9, you were stuck with the VXCF7 as SCT didnt even have this new tune in the database. After you flashed your truck with your new tunes from ID, what does your X3 say the strategy is? Ill bet ya a nickel its VXCF7 :-) Unless SCT updated the database and ID created a entire new tune? Guess its possible but it would of had to happed within the last couple weeks.
Oh and congrats on the new tunes, I LOVE the Xtreme street for daily driving!
